Team 1's fight



Justin sat playing with the chain on his pants underneath a gaint willow whos branches covered the tree so well it looked like a gaint mushroom. Why do i need stupid teammates?

"Because you do."Merc said.She was siting at the base of the tree


"Eh,hes old enough to know."Merc chewed on a stick.

"But id rather not hear it." Justin then imersis himself in a book titled The History of the Blood village

Merc smirked."Too bad."

"Tsome, well now give you a mission. I shouldn't bo too hard for you guys," Cedric said.

Tsome nodded. "Alright Cedric, whats the mission?"

Justin sprang up. "Whats the sitch?" He then died in a fit of laughter at his own joke.

Tsome walked over to him and whapped him over the head.

Merc rolled her eyes."Jeeze,Kim Possible much?"

Justin rubbed his head. "Oww come on Tsome-sama it was funny."

"Its stupid."Merc glared.

Cedric trying to keep from laughing, started to speak. "come on guys! pull your self togather. Tsome, you choose the mission."

Tsome blinked. "Whats there to choose from...?"

"I donno, your the jounin," Cedric said.

Tsome shrugged. "Alright then... anyone we can escort...?"

Justin wiped the suggestion out of the air. "Bleh...how about an assaination?"

Tsome just looked at Justin. "Do you really think your good enough for an assasination yet...?"

"I am."Merc grinned evilly.

If you only knew..... "I have no idea" Justin laughed

Cedric stood there, looking at the conversation. "i'm gonna tag along on this one. I have nothing better to do," he said.

Tsome smiled. "Alright then, I guess we could do an assasination... but we need something easy... unless... no... I cant make you guys yet.... you are only genin..." (DUDE, THE PERSON WHO PLAYS LUCINDA, THE OTHER GIRL IN MY GROUP ISN'T HERE >><<)

"Aw comeon Tsome!I wana kill someone that will put up a good fight!"Merc whined.

Justin sank a kunia in a tree next to Merc. He brushed his hair out of his eyes in a nonchalant way. "Go kill a squirrel, should be enough of a fight for you."

Merc whipped around and uncorked her gourd."Exuse me...?"

"Come on dessert queen it was a joke...you just pulled me into a maxi pad discussion, i thought we would bw even." Justin closed his book and placed it into his hip pouch.

Merc hissed and stuck her middle finger up at him.

"You want to lose that finger?" Justin flicked his wrist and the wire attached to the kunia he had thrown waved then looped around the extended finger. "One pull and it will come straight off. So how bout we put it away hmmm?"

"Don't make me kill you...."While Justin was distracter,black sand wrapped around his legs.

The wire shifted and raced up Merc's arm to form around her neck. "Go ahead You cant crush me you gaara wannabe, you also cant live without a head." Justin grinned maliciously as the wire tightened.

Merc coughed softly.The sand raced up and covered Justin's body."and you can't live if you're not breathing...Now let me go...And I'll let you go...And by the way..Im not a Gaara wanabe....I trained myself to try and be as strong as him...Because I am going to be the next Kazekage..."

"No i want you to try, that way you learn to never trey it again." Justin tightened the wire causing a little trickle of blood, the sight hit him with an idea. Crap if i kill her ill be kicked out of kono. He withcalled the wire, it retracted to his hand and strangly dissapeared. "But seriously, squezz all you want, it doesnt make a differance to me considereing our jutsu are similiar in ways."

Tsome sighed. "Merc, Justin, thats enough. We can't start our little fight without Lucinda."

Merc growled and called back her sand."Next time..You wont be so lucky..."

"Your right i doesnt require luck to beat you." justin smiled and bowed to Tsome-sama, following her orders.

Merc tackled Justin to the ground and growled,pinning him."YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!"

Justin didnt even squirm out from under her instead he smiled and looked deep into her eyes. "For an violent sociopath, you have a cute face up close, and deep attractive eyes." He smiled in complete honesty.

Merc blushed light but growled."Your words are just whispered lies in my ears..."

"Whos leing?" Justin gazed back with unfliching honesty. "Now if youd kindly..." He hinted at their current position.

Merc growled and got up,brushing herself off.

Justin patted himself down and return to his spot under the tree as if nothing had happened. He reretreived his book and picked up where he left off. "Tsome-sama, WHAT are we going to do?" He asked without looking up.

Merc started to spar with a sand clone she made of herself.

"Why, I have truely no idea. Lets try to find some rouge ninja." Tsome smiled.

Justin bagged his book and stood up. He noted Merc's actions, "It appears she beats things up when distressed or mad." He pushed his hair back and breathed in the morning breeze. "Where to?"

"I DO NOT!"Merc turned and growled at Justin,Her clone puched her in the back og the head."Ow!"He looked back at the clone.The clone mmeeped and shrugged"Sorry."

"Right...." Justin raised an eyebrow, then snatched Tsome's bingo book when she wasnt looking. "lets see..." He flipped through the pages, "Heres one! Says his names Pein..."

Merc snatched the book out of his hands."Listen,Pien is the Akatsuki Leader.Not even Tsome's strong enough to beat him.Trust me,she's tried...I think..."She shrugged adn flipped through the book.

"Then maybe we could all take him down." Justin shrugged. He seemed to put on an air. "If the Akatsuki is so tough how come they havnt captured Chisiogakure's Tailed beast?"

"I haven't yet, actually." Tsome laughed. "And I'm not going to until the Hokage gives me the Okay. And they haven't captured the Chisiogakure's Tailed Beast because they've been tracking other things besides that." Tsome said, taking back her bingo book.

"And they wont." He isnt that stupid. "So what are we going to do?" Justin sighed in frustration.

"Sit here until we get the Hokage's orders."Merc snapped at Justin

Justin shot a uncarring glance in merc's direction. "Your pretteir when your happy, not obnoxious or angry." He turned his attention back to his teacher.

Merc flipped him off again."Have you ever seen me happy?"

"I guess neutral would be a better choice of words." Jusin chuckled.

Merc stared at him with blank eyes."Yeah.whatever."

"Yes that one, that face." justin smiled and held his finger up like he had just proved a point.

Merc stuck her middle finger up at him again

"Considering that gesture means F@#$ you...i would but come on there are people around merc. Have some decency." Justin poked more fun at merc.

"Ehhh?!"Merc blushed and picked up a rock,preparing to throw it at him.

Justin couldnt help but chuckle to himself. He loved just toying with some people. "Oh..was that a blush? So you dont deny that you wouldnt want to?" He winked playfully at the flustered ninja.

"Nyeh!?STOP IT!"Merc growled and threw the rock at him

Justin was too tickled with himself to dodge and was caught right in the temple. "Uuuwah.....," His eyes went cross as he began to swoon back and forth, "I like...apple sauce on tuesdays..." Justin fell out right where he stood.

Merc meeped."Um...Did I...Kill him...?"

"Weee....tricycle...." Justin mumbled as he bleed a silvery color blood from the side of his head. It began to trickle into his hair.

MErc meeped and walked over,taking out some bandages from her backpack and wrapping his head.

Tsome pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed.

While merc's head was close to his he quickly launched uo and stole a lip contact peck and was immediatly on his feet leaning against a tree with a smirk on his face. "I knew i could take somthing important from you...like a first kiss?"

Merc yelped and fell back,growling."GOD DAMNIT!THATS IT!"She took out some kunai and got into an attack position.

"Calm down, its just a little fun." Justin laughed as the he took a few droplets of his eiry silvery blood and rubbed it between his fingers. It began to glow as he applied it to the wound. It immediatly coagultaed and stoped the blood.

"Fun!?I was saving that kiss for-"She stopped herself."Why am I telling you?!"

Tsome appeared next to the two and grabbed the back of their heads, smashing their foreheads together. "Thats enough, you damn lovebirds."

"Oww...theres no love here, iv stolen a dozen first kisses." Justin managed to get out while holding his bruised forehead. "Why..would you like to be added to the tally Tsome-dono?"

"Sorry sweetie. I've already had my first kiss taken." Tsome smirked. "So you're a little too late."

Merc growled and sniffled alittle."I'm going to kill you one day,Justin..."

Justin ignored the comment and returned to leaning against the tree. "There are always other things tsome..."like my old days He leaned back and gazed at the sky. "lets do something."

"Lets fight..."Merc grinned a bloodthirsty grin."Come one,Justin...Unless...You're scared..."

Tsome glared at Merc. "Thats enough out of you... or do I have to go get him"

"lets just let emo girl rave and get on with mission." Justin sighed at the delay of events.

Tsome glared at Justin. "Thats enough. Both of you knock it off." she growled. She was really getting pissed.

"No!You dont have to get him,but one more wisecrack out of him and hes DEAD!DEAD YOU HEAR ME!?"

Tsome growled. "Mercury. Shut up or I'll rip out your vocal chords. Justin, keep your mouth shut, or I'll do the same to you. I don't want to hear another peep out of you two."

Justin shook his head in a dissapointed way. He remebered Tsome being more leanient and patient than this. He once again stared into the sky wondering why he was even doing all this, he could simply go back to chisio and be over with it...but then the mission.... a small smirk broke a corner of his mouth. "Peep."

Tsome drew her sword and pointed it at his neck. "Thats. Enough." she growled. "You will never be a good enough ninja if you don't follow orders. You are a waste of space if your not going to listen. And you'll never know teamwork if you keep fighting with your teammates. It'll just make you stupid." she growled. She knew what he was thinking as well, so she added, "And the reason I am not being leanient anymore is because I am your sensai. I'm here to teach you, not be all nice and sweet and just standby." she said.

Mercury,standing there,sighed softly and said nothing.She walked over to a tree and sat down,meditating.Maybe I should get Tsome pissed to bring him here...It would be nice to see him again...Even if I'm half dead...

Justin smirked. Good ninja? She knows better "Sure..go team and stuff. Now lets get on to action to start this team bonding stuff." Justin retorted through half closed eyes.

MErc flipped Justin off.

"Saw that.." Justin huffed though it appeared his eyes were closed.

"Good."Merc yawned and flicked a rock at him

Justin simply smiled showing he ahd caught the rock with his teeth.

"Dumb ass."Merc lied back.

Tsome growled. "Knock it off you two!"

"He's being a bitch!"Merc growled.

"I don't care." Tsome said.

"Aww its just a little harmless flirting tsome-dono." justin chuckled.

Tsome laughed at this. "Careful, Merc is a biter..."

Merc bared her fangs.

Tsome rolled her eyes and sighed softly.

"Ooh, kinky i like it." Justin laughed softly.

Merc blushed."Ehh?!"

Tsome smiled.

"You freak!"merc hissed.

"The pot calling the kettle black." justin shrugged just a grinning.

Merc growled."I've had just about enough of you.."She walked over and lifted her hand to slap him.

Tsome grabbed her wrist before she could. "Don't even think about it."

"Was that a sign of sympathy for me tsome-dono, or were you saving her life?" Justin asked unusually serious with a cocked eyebrow.

Merc yanked her wrist away."Saving my life?I don't think so...It would be more like...Saving you from the worst death imaginable.."

"Worst death imaginable....hmmm" Justin tapped his chin in thought. "Well i did see my own brother get pinned to the ground with senbon and slowley have his skin peeled back and each organ removed while he was still alive. And his soul was ripped from what was left of his carces. I guess that was pretty bad."

"Yeah.My torture will be worse than that..."Merc glared.

"Well then you have fun talking that over with your psycatrist." Justin waved off the glare, even though the recent memory gave him a bit of a chill.

"You really want to die,don't you..?"She asked.

"Who does? But then again it would take a lot more then what you have to dish out to do it." Justin stated nonchalantly.

"THAT IS IT!Merc screamed."TSome,do what evr you will,but do not stop me...This idiot is mine.."Merc lunged at Justin.

Merc hit him head on but all that was heard was loud clank like she had struck a steel beam. "I apologise tsome-dono, its just that people who are easy to tease....well i cant help myself." Justin smiled having not been moved an inch.

Merc growled and beat him over the head over and over.

Clank clank clank. Justin simply leaned back against the tree as the beating went on without looking like it even bothered him.

"Why doesnt it hurt you!?!?!"MErc screamed in anger.

The real Justin was sitting in a branch above them silently peeling an apple. "Kenzoku bunshin, metal clone." He smiled as the clone Merc had been wailing on poofed and formed a lump of iron it had once been.

Merc twitched and jumped into the tree,landing on the tree branch next to him.She was prepard to round house kick him to the head.

Justin caught the kick with the palm of his hand. "What are you going after me for, he said it all." Justin pointed at the lump of metal with the apple still in his hand. "How about this, truce?"

"Never."Merc growled in demonic voice."You were the one controling him!"She slapped the apple out of his hand.

Justin dove out and caught the apple before it hit the ground. "Now that was not nice. I know plenty of kids in poor countries that would love to have thid food." He sighed before taking another bite and sitting down in the shade of another tree like nothing had happened.

Merc glared and sighed,trying to calm down.

Tsome shook her head. "You two... thats enough." she sighed. "And I was just trying to get Merc to knock it off. Not save her life or showing you sympathy. Mercury, I will not train you OR let you see Gaara if you keep this up, do you understand me?" she said, completely serious.

Merc crossed her arms and looked at the floor."Yes Ma'am..."She mumbled.

A hundred more jest came to mind off that sentance alone but out of respect for tsome justin kept silent. He plished off the apple and offered what was left to a passing squirrel. "So for the record, what are we going to do?"

"A level C mission. We're escorting some old guy back to the village in the snow. A little travel, yes, but its fine. You need to know how to fight in all kinds of terrain."

"Well its something." Justin stood up stretching and pulling a summoning scroll out of his pocket. He slammed his palm into causing a puff of smoke. When it cleared a backpack was sitting in front of him. "Ready to go."

Merc rolled her eyes."I'm guna go to my house and pack."

Tsome nodded. "Meet at the gates in thirty minutes."

Justin followed Tsome. "At last some action."

Merc went home and got to the gates a half an hour later.
